📜 LU4 STORE – Return & Refund Policy

At LU4 STORE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent.

✅ Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at lu4store10@gmail.com with your order number and product details.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
